Honestly? Marvel wasn't in any kind of financial trouble, so the deal HAD to have been good for them.
I look at it the way I look at WB owning DC--I think they'll leave Marvel mostly autonomous, but grant them access to Disney's vast marketing resources.
Either way, I'm holding out for the theatrical release of "Winnie the Pooh, and the Punisher, Too."
